In accordance with current state and local public health guidelines to slow the spread of COVID-19, and out of concern for the health and well-being of the community and our valued fans, Kings games are currently being played at the Golden 1 Center without assistance. As we look forward to the return of fans, concerts, family shows and other world-class events at the Golden 1 Center, we continue to work with the NBA, public health officials and medical experts to develop protocols to safely welcome fans and guests when permitted. The Kings and Golden 1 Center have implemented enhanced health and safety measures to prepare for the return of fans. In December, the Golden 1 Center received the highest accreditation from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) for its commitment to achieving the highest standards of cleaning and disinfection. From July 6, 2021, the ticket office will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed from Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday. If an event falls on Saturday or Sunday, the ticket office is open from 12:00 until 1 hour after the start of the main event. The Golden 1 Center is pleased to offer free assistive devices (ALDs) to clients with visual and hearing impairments. ALDs can be purchased at the customer service station in section 109 at the plaza level and in section 213 at the bridge level. If an event at the Golden 1 Center is cancelled, you can return your tickets to the point of sale for a refund. If an event at the Golden 1 Center is postponed, please keep your ticket as it is usually exchanged on the date the event was postponed.
