The licence will not be renewed if the public sign has not met the continuing education requirements. Some products are subject to several EU requirements at the same time. You must ensure that your product meets all relevant requirements before affixing the CE marking. It is prohibited to affix the CE marking to products for which there are no EU specifications or which do not require the CE marking. The fixed component of the FINRA CE program requires broker-dealers to establish a formal training program to keep insured registrants informed of professional and product-related topics.
